In short
Every job is quoted in writing before it starts, with its scope, price and date. You pay after the scope call. We deliver what the quote lists, keep what you send us confidential, and do not guarantee results. Once you have paid in full, the code we write for you is yours.
These terms apply to fixed-price work from raidandev, such as a server security review, kit set-up or a custom calculator or form. See the services pages for what each job includes.
- Quote first. Every job is quoted in writing, with its scope, price and delivery date, before any work starts. Work starts when you accept the quote.
- What is delivered. What the quote lists, and nothing outside it. Extra work is quoted separately.
- Payment. By card, after the scope call and before work starts, at the price in the quote. Card details are handled by the payment processor and do not reach us.
- Revisions. One round of changes is included unless the quote says otherwise.
- If the work does not match the quote. Email support@raidandev.org within 14 days of delivery. We correct it or refund the part not delivered.
- Confidentiality. What you send is used only for your job. Please remove passwords and keys before sending; if we find one by accident we tell you and delete our copy. We do not share your material with anyone else, and we delete it when the job is done unless you ask us to keep it.
- No guarantee of results. A review, set-up or tool does what the quote says on the day it is delivered. We do not guarantee that a system is secure, available or free of faults afterwards.
- Ownership of delivered code. When you have paid in full, the code and documents we write specifically for you are yours to use and change. We keep our own earlier code, tools and general know-how, and you receive a licence to use any of it that is part of the delivery.
- Liability. Limited to the price you paid for the job.
- Governing law. Nevada, United States.
