Terms of sale
You pay once or monthly, you get the files or the service described on the listing, and you may use them in your own business. You may not resell them. If a download does not work as described, ask within the refund period and we refund it in full. Payments go through Stripe or Gumroad; we never see your card.
These terms apply to purchases from the raidandev shop, from Gumroad listings and by direct invoice, from raidandev, Nevada, USA ("we"). A listing may add details for its own product. Where it does, the listing is specific and these terms cover the rest.
What you buy
The listing names the product, its version and its price. A product is one of four types: software or files sold for a one-time price, a monthly plan, a fixed-price service, or a free tool. Prices are shown before you pay and include no hidden charges; taxes are added where the law or the payment processor requires them.
Delivery
- Shop. After payment, Stripe returns you to a page with the download link. That page is the delivery and stays valid, so bookmark it. We do not email download links. If you lose it, write to us with your Stripe receipt and we send a fresh link by hand.
- Gumroad. Gumroad delivers the file and keeps the download link in your library and receipt.
- Updates. New versions are new downloads. There is no obligation to release updates.
Refunds
- Software or files: if the product does not install or open and work as its guide or README describes, email us within the refund period shown on the listing (14 days for current products) with what you tried, and we refund the price in full. Refunds for other reasons within that period are at our discretion.
- A refund ends the licence and the download link.
- Monthly plans: see the subscription terms.

- Refunds go back to the original payment method. On Gumroad, a refund is issued through Gumroad.

Every download also contains its own licence file with the same text. Third-party software mentioned in a product (for example age and nginx) is not included and stays under its own licence.
Payment processors
Stripe and Gumroad take payment on their own pages under their own terms. Card details go to them and never reach our servers. What we keep from a sale is listed in the privacy policy.
No warranty and limits
Products are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for securing and operating your own server and for following the health, safety, licensing and alcohol-service rules that apply to your business. Our liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

The free tools are provided as is, with no account and no charge. Their results are estimates and not professional advice.
Governing law
Nevada, United States. If we cannot settle a dispute by email, the courts of Nevada decide it.
