Trademarks
The names below are ours and we use them as marks (™) through use in trade. We have not filed them with a trademark office. You may name our products accurately, for example to say you use them or to review them. You may not use the names in a way that suggests we made or approve your product.
Our names
| Name | What it is |
|---|---|
| Raidan Development™ | The business behind raidandev.org |
| Coyoteshift™ | Team scheduling and staff app |
| CoyoteTrack™ | Inventory and money tracking app |
| Buds™ | Dispensary price comparison at buds.deals |
| QR Beam™ | Phone to PC file transfer as animated QR codes |
| Gatekeeper™ | Passkey sign-in gate for self-hosted sites |
| Self-hosting kit™ | The server toolkit sold in the shop |
We claim these as common-law marks, which means rights that come from using the name in trade. We use the ™ symbol only. The symbol for a filed mark is kept for marks that a trademark office has accepted, and none of ours is.
How you may refer to them
- Use the name as written, in plain text, to refer to the product: "I run Gatekeeper on my server", "a review of Buds".
- Say what is true. Do not suggest that we endorse, sponsor or take part in your work.
- Do not use a name, or one close to it, as the name of your own product, company, domain, app, social account or listing.
- Do not use our logos or artwork without written permission.
- If you resell or host a product against its licence, you may not use the name to do so.
Other people's marks
Names such as Stripe, Gumroad, Ubuntu, nginx, Apple, Google and Resend belong to their owners. We use them only to say which service or software a product works with. No one named here endorses us.
Reporting misuse
If you see our names used in a way that could confuse people, write to support@raidandev.org with the link and a short description. If you are unsure whether a use is fine, ask first.
