Subscription terms
In short
A monthly plan renews each month and you may cancel at any time; it then runs to the end of the month you paid for. Partial months are not refunded unless the listing says so. You can ask for a data export when you leave. We give 30 days' notice of a price change and 90 days' notice if we close a service.
These terms apply to monthly plans sold on Gumroad or in the raidandev shop. The listing names the plan and what it includes, and may state a refund period for a first payment.
- What is included. The features the listing describes for the plan you chose, for as long as the subscription is active.
- Billing. The plan renews each month on the date you first paid, through the payment processor named on the listing. Card details are handled by the processor and do not reach us.
- Cancel any time. Cancel from the processor's page or by email to support@raidandev.org. The plan stays active until the end of the month already paid for, then stops. There is no cancellation fee.
- Refunds. Partial months are not refunded unless the listing says otherwise. When a listing states a refund period for a first payment, email us within that period and we refund it.
- Data export. When a subscription ends, you may ask for an export of your data in a common format and we provide it. We keep it available for 30 days after cancellation.
- Price changes. We give 30 days' notice by email before a price change takes effect. If you do not accept it, cancel before it starts.
- Discontinuing the service. We may discontinue a plan with 90 days' notice by email and a data export. We do not bill for any period after the service stops.
- No warranty. The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan in the twelve months before the claim.
- Governing law. Nevada, United States.
