Available for new projects
I design, build, and launch the kind of software your business actually needs — portals, booking systems, SaaS tools, dashboards. End to end, no handoffs.
// what I build
Not templates. Not plugins. Real software that fits exactly what you're running.
Scheduling, timesheets, shift management, messaging — one place for your whole team, built for how your business actually runs.
Custom booking flows, availability management, confirmations, and admin dashboards — built around your service, not squeezed into a generic SaaS plan.
Multi-tenant apps, analytics dashboards, client portals, internal tools — designed to scale from your first customer to your hundredth.
Connect the tools you already use. Automate the repetitive parts. Build pipelines that remove work instead of creating it.
// ready-made products
Beyond custom work, I run finished products built for traditional small and family-run businesses — set up for you, hosted, and yours to own — plus free calculators and a self-hosting kit for people who want to run their own.
PourTrack · inventory counting
Scan, snap the price, tap the count. One accurate inventory across every location — built for shops with thousands of products and no time to count them by hand.
See PourTrackPortal · staff operations
Scheduling, a GPS time clock, time-off, shift swaps and announcements — everything your staff and managers touch, in one app they use from their phones.
See PortalSelf-hosting kit · one-time purchase
The control panel, encrypted file vault, passkey gate and small tools this site runs on, as source files you install on your own Ubuntu server. Read every line, own every byte.

The newest thing on the bench — not for sale yet, but here's where it's headed.
Household Chore Board
A phones-first PWA for splitting up chores at home — a daily task board, before/after photo verification, push reminders, and stats on who actually did what. Same approach as the shipped products: built for real use, one developer, no bloat.
In private alpha, running on my own household right now. Beta will open to free public signup once end-to-end encryption for personal data is finished.
// how it works
One developer owns the whole thing. No project managers, no handoffs, no surprises.
01 — scope
We talk through your problem, your users, and what success looks like. I scope the project and tell you exactly what I'll build.
02 — build
Fast iterations, real updates. You see progress and can steer things early — before anything is locked in.
03 — ship
Deployed, tested, and live. Your team gets access, and I make sure everything runs on day one.
04 — done
Full code ownership. No lock-in, no recurring fees to me. Keep it running yourself or bring me back for the next thing.
// let's build something
Tell me what you're trying to build — even a rough idea works. The more detail you share, the faster I can give you a real answer on what's possible and what it takes.
